TikTok splits online gambling into online casinos and sports betting, then gives every market its own entry. Grouped by that entry, the list reads like this. A country missing from it isn't one of TikTok's specified markets, and as we read the policy, gambling ads don't run there.

TikTok's own pages disagree on eight countries.
In July 2026 TikTok published an update that opens online casinos in 19 markets. In 11 of them the market list agrees. In Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia the list, updated in October, still says online gambling is not allowed, with sports betting as the only exception.

TikTok treats social casino as casino-style play with no monetary prizes, where coins and extras carry no real-world value. It opens it in 60 of the 84 markets, closes it in 22 and says nothing about it in Argentina and the United Kingdom.

Affiliates. TikTok lists aggregate and affiliate sites among what can't run in the United States, Canada and Belarus. No other entry mentions them.
Brazil. Since October 2026 TikTok prohibits every form of online gambling and gambling information there. Lotteries keep an entry, with national lottery ads only from Caixa Econômica Federal, and so do fantasy sports, rewarded gaming and social casino, each through a sales rep.

Where can I run sports betting on TikTok?
TikTok names sports betting in 50 of its 84 market entries, always through a TikTok sales representative, and allows online gambling in general words in Kenya, Nigeria and the Philippines. Find your country in the table above. If it isn't there, TikTok doesn't list it.
Does an agency account skip TikTok's certification?
No. The certificate rests on documents that prove your licence in the target market. Whose Business Center holds the account changes nothing there.
What changed on TikTok in 2026?
Its 2026 log has seven updates that touch gambling and games. In June, rewarded gaming in Argentina and Guatemala and social casino in Guatemala. In July, online casinos in 19 markets, online gambling, fantasy sports and rewarded gaming in Kenya and Nigeria, and prediction markets in 17 markets under a different policy. In August, passive lotteries in Brazil. In October, the Brazil ban. Prediction markets have their own page.
Do my ads need a responsible gambling message?
Yes. TikTok asks for clear warnings about the risks, every disclaimer and tagline the law requires, links to addiction resources or hotlines where possible, and terms spelled out on every promotion. Minors can't be shown gambling ads in any market.
Can tips and odds sites run?
In 16 markets. TikTok calls them gambling information and gives them an entry in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and 13 Latin American markets, each through a sales rep. Brazil bans them outright, and Serbia rules out betting tips and odds prediction.
What happens if TikTok suspends the account?
