The Richmond E-Commerce Forum isn’t a floor to wander. Delegates, the people in charge of e-commerce at their companies, choose the suppliers they want to meet, and the forum books it, half an hour each, between talks and workshops.

The agenda and the hotel came from the organiser the week before. In the days before that we added a second person to our registration.
The meetings are the job. On the evening of the 20th the day ended at a dinner table, which is where the other half of a forum happens.
